To ensure your Loveletta lingerie stays in perfect condition, we recommend treating it with the care it deserves.For long-lasting wear, gently hand wash your set using lukewarm water and a mild detergent. Avoid fabric softeners and bleach. After rinsing thoroughly, lay it flat to dry in a warm place.
Hand washing and air drying are the best ways to keep your sets looking and feeling beautiful, wear after wear.

All orders are shipped within 1–2 business days, unless stated otherwise (e.g. pre-order items, which ship once stock arrives).

Due to the intimate nature of lingerie, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on worn or washed items. This is to ensure the hygiene and quality of every order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, however exchanges for a different size are free of charge — this applies once per order.
